Important Information
▶Lost tickets cannot be reissued. Please keep your ticket safe.
▶This ticket includes open seating only; seat reservations are not available in advance.
▶The return ticket is valid for 6 months.
Please note that departures may be delayed and travel times may be longer due to weather or traffic conditions.
▶Please note the baggage size restrictions.
(The total of the length, width, and height must be no more than 180cm, or the baggage must be small enough to fit in the bus’s luggage compartment.)
▶Each passenger may carry up to 2 pieces of luggage.
If you carry more than 2 pieces, each additional piece will be charged at half the regular fare. Please pay the extra charge directly on-site.

- Children aged 2 and under may ride free of charge. Please purchase tickets for children aged 3–11 directly on-site. Children aged 12 and over are considered adults and must purchase a regular ticket.

Exchange your QR voucher for two paper bus tickets (one round-trip set) at the designated exchange location.
The ticket for the outbound journey must be used on the day of exchange. Once exchanged, it is valid only on that day.
Please keep your return ticket safe, as lost tickets cannot be reissued. Before boarding, have the counter staff stamp your return ticket. The return journey must be used within six months.
For example, if you exchange your voucher for paper tickets on October 1, 2019, you must use the outbound ticket that same day. The return ticket must be used by March 31, 2020.

Kuo-Kuang Bus, Terminal 1: Bus boarding area on B1 of the Arrivals Hall (hours: 24 hours)
Kuo-Kuang Bus, Terminal 2: Bus boarding area on the 1st floor of the Arrivals Hall (hours: 07:30–22:00)
Taipei Bus Station: Ticket exchange and boarding are available at Platform 409 on the 4th floor.
Exit via R1 or Y1 to find Taipei Bus Station in the building right next door.
