From July 1, 2026, the ticket exchange machine will be temporarily relocated from the 5th floor to the service counter on the 1st floor as part of adjustments to the observatory visitor flow.
Please have your ticket checked and exchanged at the service counter on the 1st floor of Taipei 101 before entering the observatory.

- How to Use Your Ticket

The voucher with the QR code will be sent separately to the email address you provided. Please be sure to check your email.
At the observatory ticket counter on the 5th floor of the shopping mall, exchange your voucher with the QR code for a ticket. Then follow the staff’s instructions to use the express lane and board the elevator.
When exiting, present your ticket at the express lane on the 88th floor and follow the staff’s instructions.
