Changes and refunds are not permitted after the booking is confirmed.
Infants aged 0–2 can enter free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 2 and older are charged the same rate as adults.
International check-in at Taoyuan Airport opens 3 hours before departure. Please note that the 6-hour and 12-hour passes are best suited for travelers with connecting flights.
Transit passengers must present a boarding pass for their connecting flight to access the lounge.
Please present your electronic voucher (mobile voucher or QR code voucher) at the venue.
Please redeem your voucher on the selected date and during the operating hours specified at the time of booking. It will be invalid after the validity period expires.
Airline check-in counters open at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time, but opening hours vary by airport and airline. Please check your airline’s counter opening time before booking your lounge access pass.
