Once your reservation is confirmed, the provider will send an INLINE INLINE booking notification, followed by an automated reminder from the system one day before your visit.

Please do not click the “Cancel” button in the message, as this may unintentionally cancel your reservation.

►Please note that your reservation at Volando Urai Hot Spring is not confirmed when the invoice is sent. If payment is delayed, your preferred time slot or room may become unavailable, and the reservation time may be changed.

►If you need the shuttle bus service, please check the schedule in the product information and request the shuttle bus when making your reservation.

►Same-day bookings and confirmations are unavailable on weekends and Taiwan public holidays, as our reservations team is off duty.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, access to the public baths and private rooms is restricted during periods when use is limited for hygiene reasons, such as menstruation. Please note that refunds may not be available if you enter without notifying us in advance.
